Connection not working after connecting?

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure your subscription is still active
  2. Verify the selected node is available
  3. Set device time to Beijing timezone
  4. Try switching between 4G / WiFi or restart router
  5. Try restarting your device
  6. If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall the app

How do I choose the right macOS version?

Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner → About This Mac → Check "Chip" or "Processor". If it shows Apple M1/M2/M3, download the Apple Silicon version. If it shows Intel, download the Intel version.

Why does iOS require a non-China Apple ID?

Due to App Store policies, VPN apps cannot be listed in the China region. You need to switch to a US, Hong Kong, or other region Apple ID to download. Search online for "create US Apple ID" for detailed tutorials.

Android shows a security warning during APK install?

This is Android's default warning for apps installed outside the Play Store. Our APK is safe and secure. Go to Settings → Security → Enable installing from unknown sources, then proceed with installation. We recommend disabling this option after installation is complete.
